We are very proud to announce at the end of 2020 we attained the BS10125 Kitemark for Vehicle Damage Repair, not an easy task at all. To put this into perspective we are one of only 6 companies within 30 miles of our post code to attain the kitemark, and one of only 2 in the city of Norwich!

What is the BS10125 standard?

BS 10125 is the industry agreed technical specification for the process of vehicle body repair. It provides bodyshops the processes and procedures directly related to the safe repair of accident damaged vehicles.

What does this mean for you in layman's terms?

It means we have access to and follow the correct repair methods when we repair your car. We don't cut any corners, we don't make things just look like they have been repaired, we repair things properly - to the repair specification set out by the manufacturers and by Thatcham. It means you are in the best hands if we are repairing your car!

We have qualified staff - The correct tools for the job - Follow the correct repair methods - Have strong quality control throughout the repair process.

On top of all of this....we are proud to be accredited!
